Objectives: WP2 is aimed at undertaking port concession agreements analysis and a review of related literature references, which will serve as a benchmark to understand the current dimensions, parameters and clauses of CAs that are under consideration. Such a benchmark will allow us to utilize these dimensions, parameters and clauses as a baseline and build upon them in the process of designing a more holistic CA requirement specification. | ||

Objectives: WP5 is aimed at arranging an extensive but highly focused dissemination program for the project outputs; it will also provide plans for long term sustainability of the project outputs. Specific objectives include: 1. Provide a project website and a public observatory which will keep track of developments in the field; 2. Set up a project Forum comprising of stakeholders representing users, industry, and the public sector; 3. Organize a dissemination program to obtain feedback on project plans and intermediate results and to maximize the potential impact of the project outputs; 4. Organize annual evaluation of project outputs and provide Policy, and Research Recommendations; 5. Provide concrete exploitation plan demonstrating the long term sustainability of the project outputs. | ||
Deliverables: D5.1. Website and Observatory: Provide a distinctive project website, which will be the public face of the project. The website will also have a private area, which will serve as the support for project management and document repository.
